All of our products at fortressup.com have a 30-day money back guarantee. Items purchased from fortressup.com within 30 days can be returned for a refund.
NOTE: Purchases made outside of fortressup.com must contact respective seller for returns.
If you had trouble with your install or anything else, please try reaching out to support@fortressup.com for assistance before submitting for a refund.

Requirements
-Must include a valid original purchase order number from fortressup.com.
-Returned product must be in the original packaging.
-Return shipping is at buyer’s cost unless stated otherwise by our support team.
-Customer will be given a product refund, shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

Procedure
To submit a return request, simply email support@fortressup.com with "FORTRESS RETURN" in the subject. Include order number, first/last name, reason for return. Our customer service team will reach out to help take care of the rest.

Any International orders are subject to additional duties or fees other than the $20.00 shipping fee by Fortress. Customer is responsible for these charges.

USPS is not guaranteed. Payment for these expedited services is not guaranteed.
